Woman owned and opporated since 2019 by Dual licensed barber, Melanie Cassell. Headquarters Barber Company started as a two-chair suite in a house from the 1930's in South Roanoke. In 2022, Headquarters moved to "The White House," located in the sunroom of the local dive bar Fork In The Alley! Ten months later, the opportunity arose to purchase a building with a barbershop history in downtown Roanoke, where we now have grown to a 4 chair shop!

Our mission has always been to create a safe space where you can be seen, heard, and leave looking and feeling better both physically and mentally. We aim to take you back in time to the classics and nostalgia of barbershops from the good old days, providing a unique environment with tons of character!

Our top service, the executive session, was given it's name in honor of Melanie's dad, and his barbershop quartet from the 80’s. It includes our service “The Works” paired with a straight razor shave, or facial! Treat yourself!
